FPM Success Services™
For Local Education Agencies (LEAs) scheduled for either On-Site or Online Federal Program Monitoring (FPM) reviews, we offer all of the technical assistance and support services outlined below. You may choose one or more of these FPM services based on the needs of your LEA and schools selected for program reviews.
Pre-Review Services
I offer direct FPM services specific to your LEA’s FPM review well in advance of the LEA deadline for uploading documents to Evidence Request in CMT (the California Monitoring Tool) 30 days before the start of the scheduled review. These services are designed to prepare your LEA for a successful FPM review.
|
Lead-Up to Review Services
These direct FPM services are provided from the deadline for uploading evidence documents to CMT 30 days before the scheduled review up to the start date of the FPM review, and may include all five of the service categories for Pre-Review services as well as additional assistance.
|
During-Review Services
These FPM Services are provided during the scheduled FPM Review before the deadline for uploading additional documents to CMT.
|
Post-Review Services
These FPM services focus on assisting LEAs in resolving FPM Findings for any programs and instrument items found to be out of compliance with legal requirements.
|
Best Practice Services
For LEAs not selected for FPM reviews during the current year that want to have all legally required program practices and documents in place in the event of a review, we offer all Pre-Review services. In addition, we can provide direct assistance to ensure that all legally required school-level practices and documents are in place for all schools that might be selected for programs included in FPM reviews.

Service Delivery Options
Our FPM Success Services may be delivered on-site at your LEA central office and selected school sites; through online communications (including access to your LEA's CMT site); or a combination of on-site and online services. Please contact us to discuss which of these delivery options would work best for you and your LEA.
Off-Site FPM TA Workshops
In addition, if enough LEAs or enough staff in a single LEA in a California county or region wish to attend an off-site FPM TA Workshop, this may also be arranged. This option would entail hands-on training at a hosting County Office of Education (COE) or other facility on how to submit evidence documents to the California Monitoring Tool (CMT) that meet FPM program instrument item requirements, including review and assessment of evidence documents that attendees would bring on laptops, tablets, or similar devices.
Please send a Comment from the Contact page letting us know if one or more staff from your school district would like to attend an off-site FPM TA Workshop in the near future. You may also want to contact the County Office staff of Education in your county or elsewhere in your region to let them know that you would like them to host such a workshop.
